n/aThe Emden taxi tariff sets out how the cost of a taxi ride is calculated. The fare you pay is made up of a base fare, a charge for each kilometer you travel, and a fee for any waiting time during your journey. The exact rates depend on the time and day you use the taxi.
From Monday to Saturday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, the base fare for starting a trip is €6.00. For every kilometer you travel after that, you will be charged €2.40. If your taxi needs to wait, for example in traffic or at your request, a waiting time fee of €45.00 per hour will be added.
From Monday to Saturday after 10:00 pm until 6:00 am, and all day on Sundays, the tariff changes. The base fare during these times is €7.00. For every kilometer, the charge is €2.50. The waiting time fee remains at €45.00 per hour.
Your total fare under the Emden taxi tariff is calculated by adding the base fare, the cost for the kilometers traveled, and any waiting time fees that apply. The meter in the taxi will show these charges, allowing you to see how the fare is being calculated as your journey progresses.
