The Dithmarschen taxi tariff sets out clear prices for taxi journeys. The fare you pay depends on the time and day you travel. From Monday to Saturday, between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, the daytime tariff applies. At all other times, such as night hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am and the entire day on Sundays, the nighttime tariff is in effect.

For both day and night, your journey starts with a base fare of 4.50 EUR. On top of this base fare, you are charged per kilometer you travel. During the day, the first 3 kilometers are charged at 2.80 EUR per kilometer. For any distance beyond that, each additional kilometer costs 2.30 EUR. At night and on Sundays, the first 3 kilometers are charged at 3.00 EUR per kilometer, and each further kilometer is charged at 2.50 EUR.

If your taxi needs to wait, for example in heavy traffic or at your request, a waiting charge applies. The waiting time is charged at 42.00 EUR per hour, regardless of the time or day.
