The taxi tariff in Vigo sets clear rules for how passengers are charged for their taxi rides. The total fare is made up of a base fare, a distance charge, and waiting time if applicable. These charges depend on the time and day when you take the taxi.

From Monday to Friday, between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, the day tariff applies. When you start your journey, there is a base fare of 4.10€. After that, each additional kilometer is charged at 1.10€. If the taxi is stopped or moving very slowly, a waiting time charge of 23.05€ per hour may be added to the total fare.

The night tariff applies from Monday to Friday between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am, and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. With this tariff, the base fare is 4.35€. Each kilometer during this time costs 1.25€. If the taxi is stationary or delayed, a waiting time charge of 25.10€ per hour may be included.
